The people behind the future Terminal 6 and current Terminal 7

We are much more than just a terminal operator. We are a community of JFK International Airport staff, airline and concession partners, Terminal 7 passengers, and the businesses that support them.

Terminal 7 People of Passion Program

LeSher Harvey, Program Founder

Headshot of LeSher Harvey

During the day, LeSher is a Commercial & Compliance Manager for JMP at Terminal 7. In her free time, she’s the founder and leader of T7’s JMP People of Passion (PoP) community outreach group, 17 JMP staff members united by their shared passion for philanthropy and community service.

At T7, LeSher manages and optimizes the terminal’s commercial operations and ensures compliance with standards and regulations. She oversees the development and management of concession spaces, fostering partnerships with vendors and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements, all while ensuring a great passenger experience.

LeSher has always been passionate about helping others and giving back to the community.

The JMP PoP team’s inaugural initiative involved a collaboration with Homes for the Homeless, a Jamaica, Queens-based family shelter. JMP PoP organized a terminal-wide campaign to collect school supplies for the shelter’s recreation program and back-to-school initiatives. JMP PoP witnessed an overwhelming response and was able to give 775 units of school supplies to the Saratoga Family Residence. The generosity displayed by our Terminal 7 community was truly heartening, and it highlights our collective commitment to enhancing the education and well-being of those in need.

Through a multitude of initiatives, JMP PoP has made a lasting impact on both our local Queens community and the Terminal 7 environment. From organizing airport events such as Easter Bunny sightings and Valentine’s Day candygrams to hosting résumé–writing workshops, feminine–care drives, and actively participating in community food drives, the JMP PoP team has consistently given back in meaningful and impactful ways.
